pSEL Hybrid is a flexible Liquid Crystal (LC) display with a built in pSEL backlite
As a device keypad solution it revolutionises design to make devices easier to use.
It delivers a 'dead front look' and allows 'morphing’ or ‘reconfigurable’ keypads by allowing multiple functions to be displayed independently of one another.
pSEL Hybrid operates in all light conditions from darkness to direct sunlight by simultaneously combining the reflective properties of a flexible liquid crystal (LC) layer and the emissive properties of an electroluminescence (EL)
Thin, flexible and low power and can be combined with existing keypad technologies such as capacitance sensing or metal domes.
