    Mike is an experienced CEO of technology enterprises within the optoelectronic design and manufacturing arena.

    In 1991 Mike founded IOC using venture capital, and successfully completed an IPO in 1997. Subsequently in 2000 the NASDAQ quoted company SDLI acquired IOC. In 2000, Mike moved to the USA founding K2Optronics, a fibre optics component design and manufacturing company based and operating in the Bay area.

    Following his return to the UK , Mike provided consultancy services to organisations operating in the optoelectronics arena before joining Pelikon as CEO.

    Chris graduated from Downing College, Cambridge in 1990 with an honours degree in Engineering and took up a position with Marconi Underwater Systems as a development engineer. Subsequently, Chris joined the Measurement Based Products Group of Cambridge Consultants Ltd, leading the group from January 1998.

    Chris's engineering experience lies in the sensors and instrumentation side of electronics, combining an understanding of physics with experience in analogue electronic design and signal processing techniques. Chris has worked on a variety of projects covering a wide selection of technical disciplines.

    Chris heads the research and development team based at the Cambridge site, and is responsible for the development of Pelikon's innovative drive electronics, novel display constructions and advances in manufacturing techniques.
