The Pelikon research and development facility is situated in Cambridge, UK, and comprises a small pilot and trial production clean room, some low volume trial sheet fed printing equipment and a suite of development and product testing laboratories, which allow new display construction techniques to be proved before they are transferred to the volume production facility in Cardiff, UK.

Prior to full scale manufacturing, Pelikon ensures that its products meet the highest standards of customer's end products by using its product testing facilities, which include: Three environmental chambers, thermal cycling ovens specially designed lifetime measurement rigs (for normal and accelerated lifetime testing) and vibration and button actuation testing rigs.
