Over the last two years Pelikon has invested over £5 million in creating the most advanced electroluminescent manufacturing facility in the world, enabling OEM designers to get all the benefits from using electroluminescent displays, with all the assurance of using a fully qualified and validated manufacturing process.
Two main deposition and curing lines housed in a brand new 10,000 class cleanroom form the core of the facility. Both semi-automated sheet fed and fully automated, dynamic alignment web fed capabilities are available enabling complete manufacturing flexibility by allowing the accommodation of short pilot runs and longer mass market production simultaneously.
