Dishwasher

Pelikon developed this dishwasher model to demonstrate the potential of the pSEL Intuitive Touch Display in the creation of stunning new interfaces in the white goods arena. The design shows the benefits of nested menus, eye-catching graphics and animation over a large area only feasible with pSEL technology.

Designed only to be in use when the door is shut, the second display is mounted on a plastic part and fixed in place. This display uses animated icons to indicate the status of the machine to the user as well as the more usual timer. An LED timer could also be used, either mounted separately, or behind a clear window in the display.
